The claimant challenged the decision of the defendant to accept the recommendations of the Examiner in relation to the Witchford Neighbourhood Plan (the "WNP"). The challenge is brought pursuant to section 61 N(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Subsequent to the challenge being issued on the 11 March 2020, on the 19 March 2020, a referendum was held in relation to the WNP and the WNP was made on 21 May 2020.
